Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size or another item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is new, unworn, unwashed and has its original tags. To arrange an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at +972-50-2268231 or by email at noyohana2309@gmail.com with your order number.

Cancellations

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later, by written notice (email or WhatsApp). Customers with disabilities, senior citizens (over 65) and new immigrants may cancel within 4 months, subject to the law.

For cancellations not due to a defect, a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase price or ₪100, whichever is lower, will be charged, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. For cancellations due to a defect or non-conformity, the full amount, including shipping, will be refunded with no cancellation fee.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the item being received back and inspected. Items returned used, washed or without tags will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

• Gift cards (vouchers) that have been used.
• Items damaged after delivery to the customer.
