1. General

The website www.shon-shon.com (the "Website") is operated by Noy Ohana, Hod Hasharon ("Shon Shon" or "we"). Using the Website and making a purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms. These terms apply equally to all genders.

2. Placing an order

Anyone over 18 with a valid means of payment may purchase on the Website. An order is considered confirmed only after approval by the credit card company and a confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of a material error in price or product description, out-of-stock items, or suspected misuse, in which case the full amount will be refunded.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on the Website are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT, where applicable. Shipping fees are shown before the order is completed. Payment is processed through secure checkout; card details are not stored by us.

4. Shipping

Home delivery anywhere in Israel for ₪29.90, free on orders over ₪299. Delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delays beyond our control (such as courier delays, holidays or the security situation) will not constitute a breach of these terms.

5. Exchanges, cancellations and refunds

In accordance with the Website's refund policy and the Consumer Protection Law.

6. Gift cards

A gift card is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, can be redeemed on the Website only and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as required by law.

7. Customer club and offers

Benefits and promotions are subject to the terms published with them, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the logo, photos, videos and design, belongs to Shon Shon and may not be used without written permission.

9. Liability

Product photos are for illustration; slight differences in color between the screen and the actual product may occur. Please follow the care instructions and supervise babies when wearing items with buttons or decorations.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Central District have exclusive jurisdiction.
